1.2 We do not directly supply signage, digital displays, or advertising services; our role is to coordinate and manage third-party providers on behalf of clients.
1.3 All third-party contracts, payments, and obligations remain between the client and the third-party provider, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Enquiries and Proposals
2.1 Any proposals, quotations, or project assessments provided by us are non-binding until formal written agreements are executed.
2.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend proposals at any time before contract execution.
2.3 Clients must provide accurate and complete information for assessment and planning purposes.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must ensure any site access, permissions, and compliance requirements are in place prior to commencement of any installation or maintenance project.
3.2 Clients must provide all relevant specifications, drawings, or technical data to enable accurate project coordination.
3.3 Clients acknowledge that delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact timelines and costs.
4. Third-Party Providers
4.1 We coordinate approved third-party contractors and suppliers; however, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, or legal obligations of these providers.
4.2 Clients enter into agreements directly with third parties for services rendered.
4.3 Dynamic Projects (London) Limited may assist in scheduling, oversight, or dispute mediation but accepts no liability for third-party actions.
5. Payments
5.1 Where fees are charged directly by Dynamic Projects (London) Limited for project coordination or consultancy, invoices must be paid within the stated terms.
5.2 Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or legal recovery actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Dynamic Projects (London) Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from coordination services.
6.2 Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven negligence or breach of contract.
6.3 We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party providers, external contractors, or unforeseeable events.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All materials, documents, and content provided by Dynamic Projects (London) Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 Clients may use materials solely for the purpose of engaging our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
